High heels are made in many styles:
-pumps, with open or closed toes;
-slingbacks with closed or open toes;
-sandals;
-boots in tigh high, knee high or ankle styles;
-platforms with 1", 2" platform height in all styles ( pumps, sandals or boots ) and wedges.

-4" or lower heel hight;
-5", 5'5", 6" with or without platform;

Leather, usually having a supple and comfortable feel and with a texture pattern, is the highest quality material of all used in shoemaking. Satin is used for evening and special occasions heels. 7. When climbing stairs, make sure both sole and heel land together firmly and simultaneously on each step. When descending stairs, only the sole of the shoe needs to be planted on each step.
8. Remember - Learning to walk in high heels is mostly a matter of practice!
